Product Availability

We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. The foregoing notwithstanding, most of our products are produced in limited edition or capsule collections and accordingly, some products may become unavailable without prior notice. LANCE Tactical does not guarantee the availability of any product to its customers. In the event an order is placed for a product which is not available, you will be notified by customer service and issued a refund or store credit to purchase alternative products.

Order Tracking

Our shipping policy requires that a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at lance-tactical.com For estimated shipment times to your location on UPS Ground shipments, please visit www.ups.com or for USPS, please visit www.usps.gov.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within a 48-hour window from the time the order is received by the Warehouse. LANCE Tactical is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by clearing times for orders passing through the fraud protection system.

Free Shipping

Free U.S. shipping is available on all orders with various promotions. International orders are excluded from free shipping and are subject to international rates and duties depending on the carrier. Expedited shipping is available on all orders upon request. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. All packages will be shipped using UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
